I've been arguing for quite a while that most people - including us dads - would be selfishly better off if they had more kids. Cynics are obsessed by uncovering “The truth” or what’s “Reality”. Those that focus on perceptions,true or otherwise, are more likely to succeed in the eyes of their peers.
