It remains a source of astonishment to me that people believe that governments are somehow more virtuous than other organizations, despite the horrific track record to the contrary.

I gather from Arnold's rebuttal that he was able to figure out what Holt meant by "cross-subsidies" in catastrophic insurance. That's more than I can say for myself! Is KlingCare going to require community rating in this market or something?
