Futurism

A new magazine is called The Future of Things. (Note the futuristic ".info" domain space in the web address.) One article is on video eyeglasses.

Consumers want a device that is natural looking, discreet, lightweight, and portable. They don’t want people to notice if they’re watching a TV clip, reading an e-mail, or glancing at stock tickers. They want information flow without obstructing their vision so they can carry on their day uninterrupted

I have been interested in concepts like this ever since I wrote about headsets as the software platform of the future.

I saw the link to this site from the Global Futures Network on Facebook. For me, Facebook still seems futuristic.

I want a video head set that will run off to work and earn a living while I stay home and watch TV.
