earliest-known written appearance of the word

I've read this test, and I have find that simplest, and arguably the most important question - i.e. total number of the victims of the communist regimes compared with total number of victims of the capitalist regimes is sorely missing. Probably the reason is the numbers are quite comparable.
El Salvador? I attended a fiesta held by one of the death squads organaized by the National Police, operated by the Guardia Civile. They mistook me for a CIA agent and thanked me for the weapons.
