I know I'm probably biased about my own ideas, but I think that dynamic geography on seasteads accomplishes the same goals, but is far more likely to actually happen. It's a waste of time proposing systems that will never be implemented because they apply to people and wealth which are already controlled by stationary bandits. It's a fun mental exercise, but to treat it is an actual hope for reform is as realistic as thinking ron paul could be president.
