Hummel Responds

Underestimating Climategate... Why Don't More Therapists Use ...
Jeff Hummel sent me a gentlemanly response to my critique of his WWII revisionism lecture:
While I usually appreciate attention, I wasn't expecting it in this case.  I posted those two talks on an obviously nascent webpage to make them available to a few friends who were interested. I guess it was naive of me to think that no one else would notice. I haven't listened to either since I gave the talks over twenty years ago, so even in those probably frequent cases where I still adhere to their substantive content, my youth may have driven me to unduly provocative formulations. Your first post on them actually contains almost nothing with which I disagree or that runs seriously counter to my memory of the lecture. But it is also clear that nearly everyone who has commented on your post has grossly misinterpreted or misunderstood my argument.
Under the circumstances, I'll cancel Parts 2 and 3 of my critique of Hummel - and skip ahead to my version of WWII revisionism.  Stay tuned.
