I saw the book review of "From Poverty to Prosperity" on CSPAN last week. Someone raised the question, "Why are some countries/cultures so poor while others are so rich?". You gave several explanations and evidences. I'm curious if religion or the lack of religion has any influence on these poor countries or even on the wealthy nations?
Perhaps there is discussion on this in the book and I do have it reserved from our local library.
