First Things

Many thanks to Bryan for such a warm welcome.  I want to thank him and David for inviting me to join EconLog as a guest blogger, and to Liberty Fund for making this all possible. 

But most of all, my thanks to the great Arnold Kling for starting EconLog, for making it such a valuable space for the serious discussion of ideas, and for discussing my work over the years.  The cliché is true: He has been an inspiration to me.

Over the next few months, I'll have quite a few ideas to discuss.  Let's get started.
